 "Less preach, more practice"- Few core messages/insights delivered with simple examples, in a  simple manner and interactively -helping people reflect, understand and appreciate the value and relevance of the  message.

 

Interesting games, role plays, group discussions ,case analysis, exercises, videos and instruments keep participants actively engaged and aids application of the insights through practice .

 

Pre design phase captures work place challenges and these drive the development of the program content. situations, examples, activities weave the workplace situations in them. the lDR  (learn, do, relate) methodology provides critical learning, practice in a non work situation followed by practice in work place situations. This creates relevance and enables participants with the willingness and confidence to implement the learning.
